Beck The Company's Beck Project properties are situated in the Uravan uranium belt of western Colorado. "Uravan" comes from the first three letters of uranium and vanadium. This 70-mile-long belt is host to over 1,200 closely-spaced uranium deposits which produced 63 million pounds of uranium and 330 million pounds of vanadium from 1948 to 1978. Historic production grades ranged between 0.25% to 0.30% U3O8 and 1.5% to 2.0% V2O5. |
